Can this ACNL card be cleaned?

Please forgive me if I have posted this in wrong forum But I recently have received cards that have this stain on their surface. Anyone know if this can be cleaned by disinfectant wipe? Here is its picture: http://imgur.com/ckMTlRd

I am a bit upset to receive this as I always send out clean, new cards in clean package. It makes me feel like my traders don't really care about our trade

I would get a wet wipe and VERY GENTLY wipe the card. It'll probably get a little better.

Looks a it dented too. The trader should've specified that. I had a user trade a Peanut card to me and they told me up front there were a few small tiny scratches on it. You can't even see them unless held right under light so no biggie. Next time just be picky. I always make sure it is the US version ( had a UK Maple and UK Cashmere sent once) and ask about condition. Like the others said gently use a wet wipe!

I have some alcohol wipes at home as well as the Disinfecting wipe that also contain some alcohol in it as well. Do you think it would be a bit harsh on the card? I kind of want to use the disinfecting wipe as I feel a bit uneasy with the stain. It looks like sweat stain or something :|

The card already looks a bit harsh tbh...so you have nothing to lose. Sorry that that happened. I know personally that you're a reliable trader.

I have cleaned it with disinfecting wipe and it has came off. But I still feel a bit uneasy and disappointed. I will close the thread now. Thank you everyone for the advice!

I had an extra skye, Francine, and Roscoe. Someone at my school stole Roscoe and I gave Francine to someone I know will take care of her and this d***** bent skye's card.
