Can the 4th cliff be terraformed?

I noticed that I was able to build a fourth cliff level on top of the third cliff level. But the game wouldn't let me use my ladder on it.

I was wondering is there a way to access the top of the 4th cliff, so then I can do a very large waterfall landscape connected river?

There was a glitch a few months ago that would push players up onto that cliff, but no, you're not supposed to be up there.

Also, if someone does find a new way to get up there again, I suggest not using it. Because if they fix it again, you won't be able to go back up to undo what you've made

You can use *glitches not yet patched out of the game to get up there and from there you will notice that we can indeed do certain things on the 4th cliff, like placing furniture and planting flowers and trees.

Unfortunately however, we cannot use any landscaping tools, so no three-tiered waterfalls are possible

Ah, we already found new methods? I shouldn't be surprised. But yeah, this is a pretty bad idea.

Players have actually found a new way that is singleplayer-friendly after this method was patched out (it involves swinging a shovel at the perfectly right angle to the cliff). I don't know if it's still possible for 1.4.1 though as I haven't tried it yet and haven't read anything about it

Ok because it would've been good to make the 4th cliff have a natural vibe to it. So only flowers and the cliff could be terraformed. But no furniture can't be placed on that cliff level. Since on the map I do see that cliff level is a lighter green. I just hope that the 4th cliff level could be turned into something nice and a final touch up on the island. Even to turn the land into a volcano crater on the island.
