Can someone trustworthy hold on to my stuff while I look for a new town?

I've had this town since June 30th, and now it's August 6th. I've had this town for a little more than a month, and in that time I was able to unlock most of the shops, and I have Super T&T. I just don't like the layout anymore. In my first post on the Bell Tree, I said my town had the minimum six river acres, so there'd be more space. But I regret placement of the cafe, the campsite, and the southern part of my town is so narrow...So, can someone trustworthy hold on to my stuff? I won't give everything, because some items I can do without. Oh, and here's my map.

I have three apples, four blue pansies, a whole outfit I want, and some furniture + carpet and wallpaper.

Your map doesn't look bad to me but I can hold some stuff for you. I just started a second town to try TT-ing and attempt to get some dream villagers. You can put all you want by the train station as this place is completely undeveloped.

Oh, I have bells, but I don't want to make myself automatically rich. Sort of takes away from the new town feel ya know? Maybe I'll bring 30,000. But what's the deal with the train station? I try to visit towns over the Internet, but Porter just shows me a blank board and he says, "Here's the available towns you can visit!" Nothing. lol
