Can someone please explain spoilers to me?

Hi I was wondering if someone could help me with how the spoilers work on this forum. I've used them in the past but these seem to be different. There isn't. Unfortunately, tbt doesn't have that feature! (Which is a shame because its a really helpful plugin. Along with the "like this comment" feature.
