Can someone Help me?

Okay, so I have an idea for a wiiware game, but I have no clue how to make and or publish it.
I want to know if I should just ask my favorite wiiware company (2D Boy) or if I should just try and find a tut on how to make a 2D platformer, and then deelop the finished product (with more levels, etc, mind that!) for wiiware?

And does anyone have a tut I could use, I am NOT good at programming, so simple is better.

Try sketching it then send it in and they might make it. It will come out in a year or two though.

I want to lead how the game goes, I do not want to send in an idea and wait for them to develop it.

I would be content if I had to make it for PC.
