So Ankha informed me that Phineas was apparently visiting right now and he stared right into her soul before giving her a badge, LOL. Can Phineas visit on event days, is this a thing? because i'm not sure if Ankha's just playing an April Fools joke on me or not. I'm pretty suspicious of everything my villagers say today.
