Can I use a hair salon?

I have a mayor and a 2nd character who haven't been played for just over a month, their hair is kind of nasty and due to my semi-recent reset, I do not have the hair salon yet. Would someone be so kind as to let me take 2 trips to their town to use the salon? I can pay with IGB or perfect pears if you like.
