Can I get some advice please?

Hi everyone! I need everyone's help on something! I am trying to get Merengue to ask me to move so I can trade her for a different villager ( she's already reserved for a friend) and she won't ask me to move at all! Is there anything I can do to get her to move? I have tried time traveling several months

Try time traveling forward two days, run around to see if any if your villagers ping and want to talk to you. If not, TT backwards two days and do the same thing. Just keep doing this until Merengue wants to go!

For me, I get rid of villagers using ^^that method, only with a separate character. With that character, I introduce myself to everyone and continually talk to everyone BUT the ones I want to move out. It works often!
