Campsite Question! {IMPORTANT}

I have 10 villagers at the moment, yet I keep having villagers come and stay through the campsite. If a villager stays in my campsite, do I have to cycle through 16 villagers in order to get the villager again? Or does it not apply because they weren't necessarily in my town? Thanks!

I don't think it applies because they did not actually move to your town. Don't know for certain, I guess, but I'm like 99.9% sure.

You don't have to do a 16 cycle for campers. I had Lily in my campsite, but couldn't move her in because of a void villager moving in. I moved out 2-3 villagers before she popped up in my campsite again, and she was able to move in.

Nope, i'm sure it's random since they aren't moving in.

Yay! Because I have Punchy right now, and I had Nibbles yesterday. I love them both and started freaking out when I thought I had to cycle through 16. Same here, I have 10 villagers now because of a void villager >_< (Diva. YAY)

No, it doesn't apply to campers. I have 10 villagers and I've had repeated campers before I'd gone through 16 of them (or 16 resident villagers for that matter).
