Cafe and police station placing advice?

I haven't unlocked either yet, but I would like some advice for planning. Here is my map:

I was thinking of putting the police station to the right of the town hall, and the cafe under the town center. What do you think?
Opinions on my map are also appreciated.
Ignore the house below the town hall, he is moving out in a few days.

My town hall is the same spot as yours, I put my police station right next to the train station behind town hall. It looks weird when you look at the map, but in game it's perfect and fits right in. Do you have a dream address we could look around to get a better idea?

keep in mind though, I reset like a week ago. Everything is a mess and I have stuff on the ground, lol.

lol, I had to visit Nibbles first, she's so cute. Anyway, I think it would look nice in between town hall and Re-tail. The path going up would meet all 3 of them.

I plan on visiting your town in the Dream Suite, but just looking at your map, perhaps you could put the cafe in that little spot above your bridge? It'd be a cute corner to tuck it away in, although I don't know if you have something there already or not! c:

I've been thinking of putting a windmill and garden there, but that's definitely a good idea. Another thing to try out, thankyou.
