Buying a pattern (request)

I would like to buy a pattern of the famous Gadsden flag (will be displayed as my flag)

Thats what i do, but sometimes its not right cause it uses the old palettes. Why did Nintendo have to change them?

Actually, the newest version of Anicro Desapro (Nov. 21, 2008) has City Folk's pallets. Under Colors, choose "kirbutashi's for ACCF". But it won't work. I tried it on my Windows 2000 (because Anicro can't be used with Mac...grr...), and it doesn't come out very well... You can't even read the words. I cropped it down and everything. And why isn't there an apostrophe in "DONT"? It really annoys me.
