Bug Spawning Moments

I found something a little interesting. For those who played City Folk you know how in order for bugs to spawn in a certain area you can't be near there? For example say you want a bug to spawn at the top of the town. If you go to the bottom of the town for a few seconds it's almost certain a bug will spawn. ( Any kind ) I may be wrong, but it's just from my experience. Anyways, I'm at the island catching bugs for money, and then I go brb for a few seconds. I'm near a palm tree, with no bug on it. When I come back I saw a Goliath Beetle on the tree. It's weird!

Yeah, I've had this happen before. I view it as that section of town being out of sight, out of mind for the player. When you go back there, it resets to the defaults and places some bugs there.
