Blue roses?

Been farming all day for blue roses.
Is it safe to assume they don’t exist in this game, or are they obtained in a different manner in ACNH?
I have not obtained any at all.

Side note: does flower wilting not exist anymore? I’m worried that I will not be able to obtain gold roses.

How do you farm for blue roses? Don't you just breed them?
