Looking to by some blue hydrangeas - is it possible to buy them full-grown or does it have to be starts? Would prefer to pay in tbt but pretty limited atm, I do have some igb too or can buy nmt! Let me know how much you’re asking, please and thanks :)
 
I would be interested to find out! Can I come try to plant my blue hydrangea bush on your island? Otherwise, I have 4 starts for you. A tbt tip would be welcome. 😁
