Blanca missed someone?

ok see on saturday i wwent to a uil event and streetpassed some people. the next day, rocco set up his house plot (in a bad spot, might i add) bringing my vvillagers to 10. his house actually appeared yesterday and today his furniture wwas thee instead of boxes.
evverytime blanca said she wwas goin to impersonate someone else, i checked his house. at the end, i talked to her in the plaza and she just... didnt go to rocco's house.
in case you didnt get that, blanca didnt impersonate rocco wwho is my latest move in. there are no boxes in his house
