Well Treyarch does have some things to bring to table like Dedicated Servers, no more linking killstreaks by using killstreaks, no more game ending killstreaks (nukes [thank god]).

I mostly found nukes annoying because people thought there where awesome when they got a nuke even if the they boosted for it

This was just announced: The game comes with 3 maps to start with and one of them is called Arcade mode
I have no idea if there will be DLC but its extreemely likely

Heh. Always fun finding nuke boosters in MW2 FFA. Probably the only thing that makes it worth playing. Nubetubing them.

And it's Activision, for one of their games NOT to have a method to leech money off gamers would mean they killed the whole studio and sold the game off to some fake company.
