Honestly, all they said was that it would be the age of fire, and a new beginning. As for the black hole theory, the chances of that occurring are those of planet X. Also with rapture in 2011, it's just obviously fake. They predicted rapture like around 20 times before, and it's never been true.
EDIT: lol, anyone remember the black whole theory with the matter thing 2 years ago? Yeah, the 2020 thing is basically the same idea.
It honestly wouldn't surprise me if the Mayans were right.
With the whole world ending in 2012 thing, people are underestimating what 2012 actually is. The year 2012 is bringing the Earth and Sun in direct alignment with the core of the galaxy which is an event which occurs once every 26,000 years. I think 2012 will be the opposite of the end of the world, and instead a year for insane technological advancement and evolution.
Just my take on the whole thing xD Guess we'll see.
