Microsoft released a new search engine, bing.com, recently. They want to rival google, yahoo, etc. So I figured I'd check it out... and to be honest, I think it's trash. It offers nothing new or special. It's searches are way slower than google's. And for half the searches I did, about half the screen (the top half) was advertisements related to my search. Have you tried out bing? What do you think of it?

yeah, i saw enough of their commercials that i figured i'd give it a shot... i was skeptical before i tried it, and not surprised in the least after doing so.

I never have tried it and I don't think it will be any greater than their other attempt, Live.com

The only way I heard about it was looking at search engine statistics I was monitoring and clicked the link to find out what it was about.

Didn't Microsoft try to buy Yahoo?

I thought Bing was decent, I especially liked how the image search didn't show a ton of unrelated images and how you could search for similar images.

I wouldn't make it my default search engine though.

At first I was going to post bong from the title but I tried it. Google is better. I like blackle better then google because it saves energy! I use google more though XD .
