Best Town Map?

Today I got a new copy of ACNL, too bad I had to shell out extra dollars because they didn't have a used copy... ANYWAYS.

I go around to naming my mayor and town, but I can't choose between these 4 maps I got. Which ones do you recommend? I appreciate the help! <3

Map 4 is what I would go with but I would also try out the map and if it has to many rocks (Those bug me) then I would reset because there hard to work around.

I'd say map 3? I have something very similar, and the bit where it's almost like a square surrounded by river is where I put my house, right in the middle. IMO it's nice because nobody can move next to you, and your house has its own little peninsula kinda, haha.

Out of those four, I would have picked map 3.. I like having 1 pond instead of multiple little ponds >.< and having Retails close to train station is pretty convenient :3

I would laugh if there was a rock in the middle of that peninsula and she was unable to place her house there.
