Best Time to Catch Beetles?

I don't bother with sharks. By the time you catch one, you could have caught 2-3 beetles.

Not if you're a pro fisher *.* I usually catch sharks in the time it takes for beetles to start respawning. It all works out.

I go around 10pm, I circle the island for the beetles and I only fish if I see sharks swimming around, I do check for them since they are worth a lot. Sometimes I run through the open central area, to scare away roaches that keep bugs from spawning. Its quite easy and goes really fast.

I go around 7pm-8pm and I usually find a lot of beetles.
I cut down the normals trees and dug up the bushes.
