Taking suggestions for best place for my Cafe {with reasoning, preferably lol}
I'm thinking top right corner above the river if it'll fit & I'll place a corner bridge if possible at the closest bend. I'll then surround it by flowers. *~*

Also, random question, if a villager moves out & ends up coming back to my town, will their house be in the same spot or different?
Just asking because I lost Bill and I may be getting him back, and his house was at that location~

At the right of the train station? I think it would be easier to access, but that's just my opinion. Oh, and for your question it's a different spot. :-)

The top-right corner is good. I usually like to have the cafe out of the way since I can't see anything behind it and it's not a place I visit everyday. There isn't much else you can do with that strip of land anyway.

The right corner would be nice but test it with the fence PWP first since you want to put a bridge in. The fence PWP is the same size as the Caf?. The space may not be big enough for the bridge to fit.
Try the bridge and make sure Isabelle will let you put it there. If she okays it than remove the fence PWP and add the Caf?.
Caf? is permanent and would ruin your plans.

I agree with the others, having it at the top right area tucked into the corner seems the best. Just make sure it can fit with the bridge, and remember that the cafe pwp is permanent.

Above the plaza or to the top left of it so it's snug in the rivers curve. I personally like putting such buildings around the plaza since you'd think of it as a busy bee area.

I'd stick it to the left of town hall but I seem to be alone on this. ;) I tend to make a little courtyard/downtown are in my towns though.

Top right is a good place for a cafe. It'll leave more space for other pwps or villager homes. NOPE, he won't move in the same spot, although he could. I cycled Felicity for the sole purpose of moving her house to a better location. To be safe, you could plot reset until you get him in a good spot. BTW Bill is awesome. He's my town's jock villager and I have a stylus of him.

I put mine to the left of the train station and the police station to the left of that. My retail is to the right of the train station. I like to have a nice neat line. But on your map maybe next to the train station or next to town hall. It would be easier to access and it might be better for future pwp placement.

If you hold off on building your cafe until you have the ideal bridge pwp you want, you can build your cafe in front of where you have your bridge now. You can build your cafe in front of the bridge, but if you demolish it and build your cafe there first, you won't be able to put a bridge there (went through that in my town). I like that spot because it gives your cafe its own space :3
