Best Cycling Town reset

So today I restarted my cycyling town, on my first attempt I got villagers I disliked and Beau. So I restarted

Huzar when I restarted guess who was waiting for me?
Lolly, Whitney, Deli, Peggy and some other guy.
Then a few days into the future Zell moved in!
After building my campsite, my first visitor was Julian!
