In your opinion who is the best character ever?

Brewster charmed me so much in WW/CF, I'm a sucker for stoic characters you have to build friendship with (Sable & Labelle, too!) and his love for coffee, gyroids, and live music really gives him a robust personality compared to most NPCs. I did get a little upset when I learned that pigeon milk is a real thing and I don't appreciate him barfing it in my coffee. ʘ‿ʘ
I'm also very much into the design and personalities of the Smug/Snooty villagers, but Diana is definitely my top pick at the moment.
I'm always torn between Kitty and Alfonso, but right now I have to give the edge to Kitty. I've had such a long history with her that she has become my favorite villager.
My favorite NPC is Leif, but prior to New Leaf I would have said that it was a tie between K.K. and Blathers. I miss the way Blathers used to, well, blather.
My favorite villager always has been and always will be Grizzly.
my favorite NPC is digby and my favorite villagers are daisy, pietro, and beau. egbert also holds a special place in my heart, but only because he was the only villager that was nice to me when i used to play wild world.
NPC- Lyle!! I cannot sing my praises for Lyle loud enough. Such a funny character idea. I also feel a little bad for him from time to time. Chin up, Lyle.
Villager - Lucky! He's such a popular choice, but personally it was because he was on the only Animal Crossing merch I've ever owned.
Favorite NPC would probably be Celeste or Isabelle. Can't really choose between the two. Favorite villager right now would probably be Mitzi, as she was the first villager I ever met when I first started playing Animal Crossing awhile back.
