Best and worst hairstyle from Harriet

I got my first makeover from Harriet today, and it was a bowl cut. Since my character was wearing a bear-ear hat (early costume), it kinda blended in and I liked it!

Which hairdos are the best and worst?

I actually dislike most of them (is that an unpopular opinion?), but bedhead is right up there for one of my favorites.

But I also love the braids and the new fancy braids, and the new side braid. Sorry I don't know how to describe these hairstyles

As for worst, its hard to say because its all subjective! I guess my least favorite is no hair at all!

I don't find any of them to be bad. They all work to each person's creativity and what they want to portray their character as. Even the bowl cut is cute even if it's not my first choice. I like them all. Including the bald one, lol.

I started with the left hairstyle because I thought it'd look cool on my pirate girl and I made mean little eyebrows for her. Then I realized I didn't like how the hairstyle looked when I wore hats that were specifically helmets. So I switched to the ponytail since I like the bangs peeking out than a stark forehead.

My default hair is the bun wig.

From Harriet my favourite is definitely the one with the cute braid ring thingies
My least favourite is the Will Byers, but it's not like it's terrible!

I'm currently rocking the shaggy one with the bangs... I'm not sure what that type of style is called. It reflects my current IRL "almost a mullet" phase of my hair growing out. Super cute in game, not so much on me

I feel like a lot of the feminine hairstyles are good, but most of the boy versions aren't that great. There's not a lot of variety as far as the boy styles go. Not just with Harriets, but for all the hairstyles. They used to have like an Elvis Presely style and a more clean cut version that looked like a style that would be used back during knighthood. And they got rid of both of those.

it just looks weird on my character the front is pulled back to tight

What already has been said: the best hairstyle from Harriet are Braided side pigtails, the worst definitely Bowl hair - this one also reminds me too much of one infamous politically involved person in my country so double ew points here.

And about all the hairstyles: overall I'm not a big fan of hairstyles in AC series as a whole (with Pocket Camp exception: I really envy PC players those cool looks, beautiful items and clothes). Only few hairstyles in New Horizons I like very much (5 to be exact) but I think most of them are boring or some even ugly. Of course it depends on the look of the player, not so pretty hairstyle might still fit really well with the character but it just wouldn't be my style.

I think all of the hairstyles from Harriet are cute, depending on your style! I think other people look adorable in hairstyles that just wouldn't look right on me, so I definitely think they can all work.

I've tried to change my hairstyle a few times now (I really like the side braid), but it just didn't feel or look right!

That being said, I actually think this one is cute, but I wouldn't wear it.

my personal fave is this one! i haven’t used it yet as my go-to hairstyles are usually the side braid or the braided pigtails, but it’s super pretty!

i also like this one, though i doubt i’ll ever actually use it haha.

The bowl cut is super cute. I don’t think any of her hairstyles are bad but my personal favorite is the side braid with side swept bangs.

All Harriet's hairstyles are very cute and nice I think! They all look gorgeous! However, there is one I dislike:

The most adorable is the one that you guys are rudely calling "bowl". <3 It doesn't look like my hair because mine is curly, but the style is absolutely gorgeous, so traditional and proper and tailored!

The UGGGGGGGLIEST is the mullet with the bun on top. Whoever came up with that bun-mullet hairstyle should be fired from the Animal Crossing team!!! They looked at MacGuyver's mullet and said, "aaaaaand will stick a bun on top for no reason at all". UGGGGG-LEEEEEE!!!!!!

More important, there are STILL no curly hair styles. There are African-curl styles, which is great for my niece and nephew who are black, but there are no non-African curly styles. Just like the Sims games, I can't make my player look like me because the game refuses to acknowledge that there exists non-African people who have curly hair.
