Bells for Bells?

I may be resetting my town today, and I have 1.5 million bells that I dont want to go to waste... But I'm a new member here, so I'm not sure how the whole bell tree bells thing works, so how would I go about exchanging game bells for forum bells?? If I can figure it out I'll sell them here

Also if you're looking to sell your forum bells, 100 forum bells go for about 8-15 million ACNL bells.
It depends on who you're selling it to though.

Oh, well you add someone on the Friend list in your 3DS, and they also add you back, either you or the other person open your gates at the train station, then you drop the bells off, and the person gives you the TBT here, if everything goes to plan.

Oh! If you're selling your in game bells, then you'd (obviously) need to make a thread, and say you're selling your in game bells in exchange for tbt.
Um but 1.5 million really doesn't get you much tbt, going at the top of my head.. You'd maybe get around 10-20 tbt for it. Probably less than that.

Nobody will really buy that little amount, though. You can get someone to hold the acnl bells for you so they don't go to waste though.
(Converting your bells to tbt, would be a pain.)

you can also have someone here hold your bells for you. so after you reset you can pick them up, just make sure it's someone with a good wifi rating
