Hi everyone! I'm opening another art thread because I've recently started to draw again. I've actually stopped for a few years then at times I go back at it and just never finish anything. lol but anyway, I make sure to set some time during the day to draw (usually afternoons) so I can develop the habit again.

I recently made an Instagram account so if you want to follow my art + growth you can find me at @rosabelle.draws! Not much on there yet but I'll be posting more soon.

Thank you so much! Haha I’m never really ever sure of my shading sometimes.

and yeah, I might again at some point. I’m still starting out for now so haven’t really thought on organizing anything yet but I’ll let you know.

Hi there, sharing new finished art! I finally finished that piece under my WIP spoiler. Man, that moon was so hard to draw I decided to make it in photoshop lol. I know, I know it's another dtiys entry but they're so fun to make and I get to practice on different characters so yea.


Going to wait a few mins before I reply to the two above (trying to avoid post merging)! Sorry, I was away from the internet yesterday since I decided I needed to get some rest.

Ahh don't think I can teach but I have tips! These are mostly stuff I've learned from youtube and hangging around the internet lol

• I watched this for color picking.
• I read about this somewhere but some don't use grays to shade their whites. What I do is depending on the palette (like for this piece) I use a light pink-gray shade since majority of the palette is pink. I still choose to add a little gray in there but it's definitely up to you!
• I change my shading layer mode to multiply! It is definitely faster but has less control.

Hope these help because that is how I do my shading. Would show example on the multiply but don't have my drawing tablet on me now.

Finally I finished something this week. It's another DTIYS entry but it's my last one for now. I started working on some fan art! Anyway this is a DTIYS entry for smushed_ on instagram:

They posted a male and female version and I found them so cute I made both. I did slack off a bit though since I got a little lazy to draw and was late by a day. It takes too long for me to draw anything tbh, let alone having to draw two lol

Also!!! I just finished sketching this after 2.5-ish hours?

I like Nezuko as well but Shinobu is best girl for me. ​
