Bell troubles

I had 6 bells and now I have two after trying to upload photos but nothing happened and now I'm confused

This was just a moment ago and now I have 8, but still no photos will upload
Edit 2:
I tried again, still no photos and lost two more bells

I also noticed that bells stopped being counted a few days ago.

Edit: seems that they are counted again.
