Bell System Question

Hi, I need some help with the bell system, I joined the bell system about a month ago, and I heard about the 1000 free starting bells, I was wondering how I get those, they're not in my account, and they're not on hand.
I know this seems like a noob question, but, can someone tell me how to get them?

No, if he was using IE he wouldn't be able to use it at all. Some people didn't start with 1000. If that's you just let me know and I'll change it.

Use firefox. Chrome is having some ...problems <small>...yeah that's it...</small> right now.
