The day Beau leaves my town is the day i restart my game. i never restarted it cause i love him. just restarting is a pain in the butt

If it's over a villager I wouldn't reset, if i'm honest i'm guilty of this myself but after joining this forum i've realised its not worth it. It's your game though, and play how you want but I think sometimes having favourites move out is a good thing. If you're always surrounded by your favourites, you get pretty bored of your town and will probably end up deleting it because you're finding it boring. Atleast that's what i've found, so I always try to keep my town fresh. Although, who knows? maybe you'll find a villager that you like better than Beau if he moves out. I do agree though i'd probably be disheartened if one of my favourites moved out, but not enough to delete my town. I feel like i've put too much work into it already, and with my luck i'll be restarting for a certain map for ages and I hate having to pick maps, yet when I restart I always forget how much of a pain it is to pick my map. I love certain villagers, but I don't think i'd reset for them. I'd just cycle for them back.

I possibly would reset if I lost punchy or marshal to be honest, since I'm at a place now where I would never be able to cycle them back and be happy with the rest of my villagers. So I see where you're coming from. It all depends on how attached you were/are to beau and whether it's possible for you to have him return

i know its silly my town isnt even that great I'm not happy with my map at all i just keep it for the sake of beau. i am also considering getting another game cartilage so i can cycle characters
I hate when people say you shouldn't restart bc of a villager. Not everyone is materialistic and attatched to items and crap. I bought a new game and i barely play my old one bc starting over has been really fun.
But anywho, beau is so cute!! He's one of my dreamies for my second town.

i love beau if there was a way to keep all my shops the way they are all upgraded and such but i was able to change my map and such i totally would i just hate restarting but i am SO unhappy with my world but i love beau and we have such a good relationship and my other 2 dreamies that it just sucks
