Trading Beau The Lazy Deer!

I'd like to give Beau away in exchange for Lucky! He is leaving in 4 days (July 31, 2015 GMT+8).

About Beau! His catchphrase and shirt are original, but his house has changed a bit: his doghouse is now a potted plant, and I've added a rose sofa and a clothes closet.

Anyone else besides Lucky? Other villagers I might consider are (priority order) Kabuki, Wolfgang, Lolly, or Maple... but Lucky is the one I'm looking for. If no one has him, I'll just have to look for another villager. :c If you need photo as proof, I'd be happy to pass you a link to my acnl blog or a recent screenshot.

Anything else I need to know? I've got 10 villagers right now so you have to pick him up first. That works in your favor right? 'Cause you get to have him immediately! ovo;;;;

Aw man, but I checked the villager popularity thread and it said Beau is in Tier 1 while Lucky isn't. D: Is it wrong?
