he hasn't talked about moving out. but we got a new villager to move in today. and someone is going to have to move out soon.

8mil would be good, 18 is too much for me. ill keep an eye out on him if he moves out soon. if you find someone else then it's cool. but i doubt theyll ask for such a low amount as i am.
