Buying Basic/Modern/Iconic Clothing

Gracie showed up in my town today and across four characters, has not set a completable task. Kicks being shut probably hasn't helped and I don't want to travel backwards in case I mess something up. So, does anyone have suitable clothing they can give me? I'm prepared to pay something.
