Bam had the thought bubble over his head but I accidentally whacked him with my net!!

Oops... sorry Bam!! But the bubble went away when I hit him, and was just normal conversation - if he was planning to say he was moving, would the thought bubble come up again at a later point, or not? Please and thanks!!
