Normal Person -> Stays that way or turns into troll, sometimes mod or admin
Troll -> Rarely turns into a normal person
Mod -> Stays that way or 25% of the time, turns into an admin.

My noob days were mainly back at NSider. That's where i actually developed my forum style (i.e. how I would talk on a forum). It all changed throughout the years. i actually started using full sentences (I think that started at NSider). And somewhere in between NSider and Nsider2 I came here, and that didn't really work out well because it had little activity whenever I was on. I'm kind of a vet to forums now, though. Started six years ago when I was ten and now I'm sixteen. But I only think I had a couple of noob posts here.
