Back of Residental Service Area

I have my museum directly behind Resident Services. There's not a ton of space for the museum between the river and the plaza, so you do have to tilt your camera back to see the museum entrance, which I'm fine with.

What I'm not fine with is that I just realized that the museum is off-center with resident services, so I'm going to have to move it which means I'm going to have to dig up a LOT of flowers so I can make space for the temporary location. I think centering it is going to require terraforming the river a bit so we'll see if I can make a little more space between the museum and the plaza so the entrance can be seen better without totally ruining the river.

honestly i’m as lost as you are. at the moment i’m using it as a place to store pine trees, which is stupid because it’s super easy to get more through island hopping or the shop but yeah....

Don’t mind me. I’m just gonna ‘borrow’ some of these (ˆ⌣ˆԅ)

I wanna see this meeple

Mine has paths curving around it, with Able sisters on the immediate left and then Nook's on the immediate right. Behind it, the two paths connect into one path that goes over a bridge. The bridge leads up to the orchard and greenhouse areas, and eventually goes to the northernmost part of the island where the neighborhood area is!

Hopefully that makes sense, here's a pic for clarity!

the back of my resident services is right next to a river, so i decided on a secluded picnic area. i like to think that RS has a back door and isabelle & tom nook take breaks there and discuss island stuff with villagers there instead of doing it at the front desk haha.

most of my town is built on the second cliff level so i just have a cliff built up right behind the plaza...i tried waterfalls but they're so LOUD i got sick of it fast and just stuck with flowers and hedges

I kept mine natural. Included a sample of each fruit for visitors to grab behind it, an array of flowers to take from my overflow, and I hid a radio behind there so my villagers can sing to it and it won't show on the island or be heard over the main music.

I also have it set up for stump bug catching.

The back of my Residential Services area has a river with a few warrior statues in the middle of the river. There's a long red zen bridge that connects to my mini island where my Spirited Away themed house is. This area is also lined with the imperial fencing, some tremendous statues, and bamboo.
