does anyone else here read/watch the anime/manga azumanga daioh.

i watch it and its just hilarious from its randomness and awesomeness.

Azumanga Daioh happened to be my first anime, which I got referred to by my first manga, Yotsuba (By the same dude.). It's hilarious, but in a childish way. What I mean is that the jokes wouldn't really appeal older audiences, except for some things.

Overall, it's pretty funny.

At all.
I like about 3.
Watched Dbz as a child, loved it.
This( Azumanga Daioh)
And i thought Death Note was extremely clever and interesting.
But i dont understand why people get so..obsessed with it.

for the most part, agreed. i haven't read this one, just watched the show that was based off of it.

japanese, i believe. i think i translates to something like "(little) prince/king of manga" or something like that. no clue why.

think of it as black and white comic books, read backwards, and with different art. heh.
and less collectible/valuable, for the most part.

dbz and death note = lols
i used to watch dbz, but i don't understand why, anymore.
and death note.. eh. too "not mainstream" to watch it.

Death note is pretty cool, but its not wear a t shirt and tell everyone publicly how much i love it cool( Which all the edgy and HardcoreHXC girls find it necessary to do)

30 minutes of yelling, building up to the spirit bomb, and a cliffhanger. HOO YEAH.

there's so much drama, if you look back at it. it's hardly about action until cell happens, or wtv. majinn bu, i guess.

The show's really cute and I like it lots, but I guess I think it's a little slow. =U
