Avatar Animation?

Why aren't my avatar animations working? I've tried quite a few they don't work. I wasted like 900 bells on them and I think I might be wanting a refund if nothing I use works...

make sure that your avatar is not above the maximum height and width, also make sure it's below the maximum file size. It took me about 6 tries of resizing to get it to work.
Btw you've posted in the wrong section, this should be in the Bell HQ section
