Attachment fee

Hello. Before I was able to post attachments without any trouble. Now, when I try to attach, I receive a warning stating I have to pay 2 tbt bells to post an attachment. This is through the uploading from computer method. I'm just wondering why this is going on. Thank you!

Just use imgur or another site to upload your images.

I use the URL method now instead. ^^;
