at what temperature do you consider it to be cold?

It's been pretty cold in Minnesota the last week or so. I usually get off work at 3AM though so it's pretty freezing around then especially if it's windy out. Anything below 0?F I'd consider too cold. I don't spend alot of time outside during the winter unless it's going in and out of buildings so anything above that is manageable.

We're in the same boat!! I live in MN too.
Next week is supposedly always the coldest week in history, so I'm guessing it's gonna be even colder than last week.

Anyway, I consider 30s - 40s sweater weather, once it gets below 15F then I'd wear a jacket . I don't start shivering until it's below zero, nowadays /sighs.

hmm... without any wind whatsoever, i can handle around 35F, assuming i'm adequately bundled up, but with my face exposed... but any lower than that, and my face will probably feel like it's about to fall off. my innate filipino-ness can't deal with the cold :(

I live in a tropical country and a pretty hot city so anything below 20 degrees Celcius is really cold for me. I can't stand the cold :(

Below 10C. :( Sometimes I sit in my dad's house and I can see my breath. It's because he leaves the bathroom window all the time (which my bedroom is next to), even when it's freezing cold outside, and forbids having the heating turned on, BUT he has become a bit more lenient with switching it on now so. :blush:

Probably -10.
I love cold though so even if I feel cold...I much prefer it to being hot. :3

Anything under 20 degrees (F) is uncomfortable;
Anything in the single digits (F) or below 0 is cold.

I'm not bad with cold, but I have Raynaud's Disease, so my fingers and toes will go white and numb even if the rest of me is fine in semi-cold weather. I'm answering based off of when the rest of me feels it's cold out.

When the water in my hair after I get out of the shower freezes, until then nojacket4me.

-10C or lower.

The single digit negatives are considered "cool."
