Oh come on ! From reading the first page, some of you are wimps. You would NOT do well in Minnesota. I'm used to below zero temperatures and even -40 wind chill. Honestly, in the winter, 20-40 degrees feels like a paradise.
I'd say it starts to feel really cold to me when it hits lower single digits. When it gets colder than that I suffer. I'm used to it but it doesn't mean I don't suffer ha ha
It does get hot in the summer though. Thank goodness, I don't know if I could handle the cold year round

I'm a wimp and I live where it is 12?F (-11?C), -6?F (-21?C) with windchill. Sucks, man.

I know its too cold out when I take a soda bottle outside and put it in the snow, come back thirty minuets later, and have a soda slushie.

I know its too cold out when my cat's fur is foofed to the point of maximum foof and she's trying to scramble under the blankets for warmth.

I know its too cold out when I get nose icicles and eyelash snowflakes.


Its the little things that tell me the temperature is too cold for me.

I love the cold, but I'm sensitive to it (as I am to heat, too)... So I actually do tend to get cold in the 40s (Fahrenheit) or below. But I like it... Much better than the heat.

60 (F) is cold. At 40 I literally cry. Im from southern california I am not made for cold weather I will curl up in the fetal position and cry until hypothermia claims me

I am. I live in northern Utah, and it is cooold. 60 is chilly in the fall hot in the spring, 30 right now is f***ing warm, 30 in fall is freezing. All this week I could go outside without a jacket or coat.

I don't consider it cold unless it's like -18 celsius or below. Being born in Russia and immigrating to Canada will help you endure cold weather pretty well. I get hot really easily and I'm miserable and uncomfortable when I'm hot. I'd much rather be cold.

I don't know, actually. I live in a warmer part of the world, but I hate it. I wish there was snow here. But then I can't handle much of the cold-it's basically loving something but your chance to enjoy it is limited. *Cries*

It's been pretty cold in Minnesota the last week or so. I usually get off work at 3AM though so it's pretty freezing around then especially if it's windy out. Anything below 0?F I'd consider too cold. I don't spend alot of time outside during the winter unless it's going in and out of buildings so anything above that is manageable.
