Astrological DLC?

Is the astrological dlc out yet, and if so how do I get it/can some kind soul let me catalog it?

It's out by now c: You can get it from Pelly by choosing the gift/present option.
I'm not sure if it's different for others but I got the Aquarius Urn today.

If you're not EU or Japan, then you can't get it from Pelly.
