Okay, so, my favorite ice cream is this crazy thing called Triple-Quantum Caramelized Nebula Pistachio Espresso Swirl with Existential Vanilla Bean Undertones and a Hint of Regret. Basically, they take pistachios (the fancy kind), toast them real good, and mix them with cold-brew coffee that tastes like you feel when you forget to text someone back. Then there's salted caramel (aged in fake oak barrels or something), plus vanilla that makes you think about your whole life. Oh, and tiny cookie pieces, marshmallow stuff that supposedly makes you happier, and then this aftertaste that's like, Okay, that was way too much... but still good. Honestly, it's not just dessert, it's basically me in ice cream form.
