What would happen if a pokemon was to eat a devil fruit, would they gain a 3rd type? Also would this be a good idea for a future pokemon game.

I think the pokemon would gain a 3rd type and become overpowered, and I think pokemon wouldn't mind being drawn on wolfram alpha
