Are your player villagers based on anyone?

Did you create a player character that you based on a character you like?

For me I created 3, with a fourth one coming soon.

I made my Mayor, Ami Mizuno, also known as Sailor Mercury!

Second I made Link, from the Legend of Zelda.

Third I made Samus from Metroid

Finally, I am planning to add one based on my favorite DC comics character Ice (Tora Olafsdotter)

No. Because I find it useless. You're not going to see them anyway. I based my mayor on myself.

My mayor is Rawr, derived from Jesirawr.
My 2nd is Howl, who will be Howl from Howl's Moving Castle.

I actually did , my mayor isn't based on any characters but my other humans are based on video game characters I've always liked.

I made Alice based on American McGee's Alice and Alice: Madness returns, I'm making her house themed as well. Mark is from the Harvest Moon games and Sefirosu (Sephiroth) from the Final Fantasy game (and other things since).

My mayor in Celadon is based off a really hyper, younger version of me. I have this little story with my second mayor, but it's not based on anything I play/see/read.

My mayor is just my nickname. My 2nd is Eggs, whom I made after my brother. I named him Eggs cause I really love eggs.. idk. My 3rd player is Moog, named after the synthesizer. I don't even play my alts though. Moog has my dad's birthday too. My dad, me and my brother all have birthdays a month apart.

Yep! My town is based on the movie, so the mayor is Ai and the second player is Yu.

Oh, I didn't read it through enough. I'd only do it if the town was actually based on something, I wouldn't just name my mayor/player villagers random characters if there was no point. I feel like it would be weird.

My Mayor, Titi, is sort of inspired by me I guess.
Nickname, hair and eye color, and hair style.
She should be wearing glasses though but the Mii glasses aren't the right shape and look odd on her.

Camper, my other character, is pretty random.
I needed an extra character for patterns and I wanted him to live in a tent, hence the name.
His looks are different from what I originally planned for him, he just turned out that way I guess.

I only have one character, which is the mayor. I never usually add extra characters.
But it seems like a cool thing to do!

I made my character kind of like me. Kind of.

My main character, Twist, only makes sense if you know the fanfiction-writing meaning of the word citrus.

Continuing on from that, my alt characters are my favourite "citrus" couple, Tony and Loki. (Yes, the Avenger movie characters.)

So yeah, one's based on an abstract concept, and the other two are comic book characters.
