Are you replacing your shrubs?

Nah. I planted whatever I bought the first time Leif came and I don’t care if half are in bloom and half aren’t around the island. My island is not anything perfect, I just like it for what it is. I only work on it occasionally.

My only bushes are hollys (which bloom in the winter) I like them both in bloom and not, so I'm planning on keeping them year round.

ughhh yes i have to replace them all! i loved the way the hydrangea leaves looked on my island but the flowers themselves are super vivid and clash with my town. i'm planning to use pink camellias instead and see how that looks when it blooms in january

I won't be replacing them every season, but I do want to change the distribution of my bushes as they are mostly azalea right now It would be nice to always have my bushes in bloom, but I have a lot and am lazy \(^u^)/

No I wouldn't even attempt but props to those who do
. I try to landscape so that there are areas that look better during different times of year. It helps really make the seasons more pronounced to me and it makes me island look good all year vs just amazing during one season. Yeah my island isn't going to be FULL THROTTLE say come cherry blossom season, but its going to look good winter summer spring fall so eh.

Ehhh I would but I'm too lazy. And I like the ones that I have even if they're not blooming right now.

Yes, and no. I'm having my own garden in bloom all year but I'm flexible with the other residents. I don't want to trash any shrubs so I'm using them as shabby chic hedging.
