Are you replacing your shrubs?

Nah, I just have different sections of my town have different seasonal shrubs
Like my forest area has hollies, but I have summer shrubs down by the beach

I'm not replacing them because I already placed the summer ones on the first level, spring/fall ones on the second level and winter ones on the third level

I'm only changing the bushes in my entrance display. I want to change it up every season Aside from that, everything stays where they are!

All of them, technically. Currently all my shrubs are on the beach because I'm redesigning my island.

When Leif first arrived I went a little shrub crazy - bought and planted stacks of only azaleas. I plan to mix different shrub types (thinking azaleas and tea olives) because I like how seasonal and non-seasonal shrubs look together.

Wish tea olives were always in bloom though!

I replace all of mine to be in-season shrubs. Yes, I am a little odd like that, but I love it. Plain shrubs look fine but I'm obsessed with having as much color as possible! Especially here in summer. 8)

I haven't decided where or how yet but I wanna have an area with them mixed. In NL I had a park area surrounded by bushes that cycled through the seasons but always kept it symmetrical. I wanna do the same but it'll be harder, there are more types now.

I don't replace all of them as I have way too many on my island rn, but I do replace ones where I feel an area needs more color as the seasons change.

I thought about it.. and then I thought about how much time it would take. So no, I decided to not to swap out my bushes seasonally lol. Maaaybe I’ll change some, but not every one on my island.

I have specific shrubs scattered on different sections of my island. So only one part of my island has shrubs in bloom every season.

I’m going to change the ones around the resident services. I have a patch of hydrangeas fully grown so I need to switch them out now.

Most of my bushes are holly bushes, so I won’t be replacing them, since I like them out of bloom, and they fit my town’s colour scheme.

I picked specific shrubs to go in different places so depending on when it is during the year, they will grow and some will be normal shrubs. I like the look of just the regular shrubs too so I like having variety on my island.

I won't replace my shrubs for ones in bloom. I didn't even realize they weren't in bloom until I saw this thread, haha.

I've only ever liked 2 kinds of shrubs and that's blue hydraegas and white azalea. So I pretty much decked out my island with both of them, but that means I have 2 seasons going on in my island. The blues are only ever going to bloom near my town hall, house, and villager homes. While the white azaleas bloom in my shopping district I made. I guess it's a shame I'll never experience then both blooming at the same time. Maybe I can but only for such a short time

shrubs are not for me since you can only order them at most five at a time. It's too much dialogue from Leif.
