If I could though, I'd either have tidal pools or a wider peninsula.

For the most part, I’m happy with my island.

I’d like to remove some of those rocks on my beach; I’d also like to be able to destroy or add beach tiles since I want to make a pirate ship, but have to move it inland by my rivers since there is no way to destroy the beach area so i can have it by the sea. The rocks messed up a couple ideas I had and there’s no way to destroy them :/.

im really happy with my island! ive only been playing like, at max 2 hours a day and its been really rewarding watching everything come together little by little. i think my favorite part of my island right now would be the area by fuchsia's and melba's house - its real foresty and cute

i think i could make better use of my east beaches and my docks. theyre pretty empty.

Seeing that I've gotten into trading/having a shop, I do wish now that past me reset for a bigger space between the airport and RS. I don't mind it being off-center very much, and I could've lived with it being a cozy crammed space with a little bus stop like I have now, but I have no choice but to do trading exclusively on other people's island now because there's no space to drop items on mine lol

... also would've liked a yellow airport.

Other than that, design-wise, I'm still working on it, so I can't really say if I'll be content with it. I do like the ideas I have though...

I know this isn't possible yet but I'd change the colour of my Town Hall. Everything from the roof, to the siding & ground brick colour.

I'm quite happy with my island, though I guess I would only want my airport to be centered towards the middle and not so much on the right ;; this limits what is seen from the overhead view

I now wish I had a wider peninsula for my lighthouse setup, which is the opposite to how I initially felt when choosing my map. It’s no big deal though.

I would maybe want a bigger peninsula like others have said so i could put my house on it but also i don't know if i'd keep it there? i think i'd just want to have had more of an idea of what i was doing at the start lmao because now i don't have the energy to redo large chunks of mediocre design

I would like a bigger peninsula. I like the lighthouse on a cliff, but don't really have the space.
Also wish I had thought about leaving space for a natural double waterfall. Now with the way my tiers are set up, it'd be next to impossible without tearing a lot down.
