I'm not either of those things but I do try to incorporate more whole foods into my diet, things that are less processed. Lots of fruits and veggies, nuts, seeds, and I like to eat chicken and fish. I sometimes eat red meat but not that often as too much of it isn't really the best for you. I considered becoming a vegetarian but I get bored of eating the same stuff all the time, and I wouldn't be interested in eating a lot of things they do eat often like pasta and sandwiches and stuff. Not saying they all do that but some of my friends who are vegetarians eat a lot of processed foods. I wouldn't be able to go full on vegan but I do try to eat the best I can. It's hard sometimes, I like dairymilk and chips. ;_;
