Are we Allowed to Offer Art for Pokemon Type Trades?

Hmm, that's what I thought, but then someone on another site said they had seen people banned for it, and I can't imagine why? If it's my art, I should be able to sell/trade it for whatever I want, so long as it doesn't involve site specific products?

My thoughts exactly! But someone suggested I could be banned from a site for doing it, so I'd rather like to know for sure before trying XD

Why would you be banned doing so? I mean, people trade items on NL for art ._. So Pokemon should be safe too.

Well, that's what I'm not sure of? o . o I tried reading the TOS of that other site and couldn't find anything, but they insisted people are often banned regardless, and there is actually a clause in there saying they have the right to ban you for no reason and without proof... :/ Wasn't sure if it was something people did here often? Coz if it's a normal occurrence I'd feel a bit better XD
