Are there any villagers famous for having a lot of hate?

I know there are villagers in-game that are more famous or mentioned because of how popular or overrated they are. But are there any villagers famous for being hated? I hear about Pietro a lot, and he's not Tier 5. I was also thinking that Barold is famous for his bad looks. Is Barold really notorious on this site? If yes (or no), are there any villagers that are actually famous for having a lot of hate and are Tier 5?
 
Jambette, Diva, Beardo, and a few others come to mind. Pietro is 50/50, either loved or hated
Barold aint that bad, I don't think

Pretty much these. Although I'm neutral about Pietro TBH. ^^
Also there's Tabby, Canberra, Gigi, Velma and a ton more.

When I read about Barold on wikia, I hear he's not that bad at all. I like his office-themed house. And he's more helpful than harmful, unlike the Jocks and Crankies, even though the Lazies are called Lazy. My CYOA was completely inaccurate. I just feel that it's not fair to hate on animals just because of looks. Stitches is a Lazy bearcub like Barold too. Why give him love, but Barold hate?

Marshal is so overrated and i don't find him cute personally. Jambette, Barold, Beardo, Diva, Hippeaux, Harry and Quilson are hated for their looks o_O

Ahem, jokes aside, I'm sure it is down to personal opinion or choice, I mean, no one can change what you think, right? There might be a villager one person personally hates, but is a favorite of another. Not sure if they can be "famous" for being hated.

Diva still comes to mind

Pietro scares the crap out of me! He moved into a previous town of mine and I hated him so much I restarted...like, instantly ;_;

OMG I LOVE TABBY
 
Bella, I didn't like her when she first moved in but she really grew on me, even more so after she moved out. I wrote some short stories that featured her and drew a picture of her on paint.
